25 September, 2025
Makalu Adventure

We are happy to share that Makalu Adventure team members reached the top of Mount Manaslu today. The mountain stands 8,163 meters tall. It is the eighth highest mountain in the world.

The team included climbers from different countries:

  • Alan Rae from the United Kingdom
  • Alin Ticlea from Canada
  • Akke Rahman from the United Kingdom
  • Amit Asampuria from India
  • Australia Daniel Cicioni from Australia

These climbers worked with our skilled Sherpa team. The Sherpas are the true heroes of this climb. Their hard work and knowledge made this success possible.

Our Sherpa team members are:

  • Phurba Ongel Sherpa
  • Pastemba Sherpa
  • DaSange Sherpa
  • Kusang Sherpa
  • Pemba Sherpa

Mount Manaslu is very high and difficult to climb. The air is thin and the weather can change quickly. The team had to be very careful and work together.

This success shows what people can do when they work as a team. It shows the power of not giving up. It shows the love for adventure that lives in all of us. The climbers spent weeks getting ready for this day. They had to get used to the high places. They had to learn the best ways to climb each part of the mountain.

Our Sherpa team knows the mountain very well. They helped set the ropes and show the way. They made sure everyone stayed safe. Their help was very important for this success. This is a proud day for Makalu Adventure.

Congratulations to all the climbers and Sherpas. You have done something amazing. You have shown the world what is possible.
