Mount Putha Himchuli is one of the popular climbing peaks situated at an altitude of 7246m in the western region of Nepal. Putha Hiunchuli is often called Putha Himchuli is the westernmost peak of the Dhaulagiri range. Mount Putha Himchuli is the last 7000 m mountain marking the end of the snow-capped range. It is a very popular trekking peak climbing in the Dhaulagiri region. There are many possible climbing routes for Putha Himchuli Expedition and the climbing routes are technically challenging. Climbing Putha Himchuli / Dhaulagiri VII is challenging but technically not difficult. Jimmy Roberts and Ang Nyima Sherpa were the first persons to summit Mt. Putha Himchuli via North Ridge in 1954

Dhaulagiri VII (Putha Himhuli) Expedition can be done both in Autumn and Spring, however, we recommend you to ascend during the Spring season. The cost covers all the transportation, meals, services to Base Camp and High Camp, Expedition Equipment, and High Standard Tents at Base Camps [mentioned in Includes]. Mount Putha Hiunchuli Expedition Route
Putha Hiunchuli Expedition starts with the flight from Kathmandu to Nepaljung and Dolpo(Juphal) by flight and trek to Dunai. We then trek to Tarakot, Musikhola, Kagkot, Yak Kharka and Putha Himchuli Base Camp. Trek from The Base camp to Camp 1. It is possible to use Ski from Camp1 to Camp 2. On the summit day, we head to the summit early in the morning at about 4 A.M. The climbing route is long from the Base camp and if the weather is clear, the ascent of Putha Himchuli. During the summit, mountaineers can see only a false summit from the route.
