Kiran Sharma our Director of International Marketing started his travel trade career looking after the reservation department. With his hard work and initiative he was deputed to the post of Operations Manager for a reputed company based in Kathmandu.
His keen interest in outdoor activities led him to do a number of treks in Nepal and Tibet. With his knowledge of the various trekking routes and the logistics. He was responsible for corresponding with clients informing them of the itineraries and various vital information regarding trekking. With his experience as Operation Manager and his field knowledge. He soon became the Manager of Marketing.
He later went to America and is based in Las Vegas. Presently he is running a travel Agency Makalu
Travels and Tours. With his strong bond with the Managing Director and CEO of Makalu Adventures he joined us in 2002. He is now responsible for Marketing our trekking, tours and mountain bike programs internationally.
