Makalu Adventure Travel and Tours organized the years' Lions member tour package of Arizona Grand Canyon at Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The 101st Lions Club International Convention kicks off at Las Vegas on 28 July 2018.
Mohan Lamsal, MD, Makalu Adventure had to lead the group of twenty-two Lions individuals to take part at the convention to exhibit worldwide solidarity as the world's biggest volunteer association wanting to praise the six days program on centering for their global part support at Las Vegas, the group was takeoff from Kathmandu on 25 July, three days before the program launch.
An estimated 15,000 Lions club members from over 125 countries, many in native dress, has been marched through historical Old Las Vegas with 25 marching bands and floats Saturday, June 30th to demonstrate global unity with the world's largest volunteer organization. Similarly, twenty-two Lions members of Nepal had also been taken part on Saturday marched program in native dress and national flags. The team has participated in the international parade, business session, opening plenary session, second plenary session, seminars, exhibition, and certification and voting. Amid their Las Vegas visit, they have delighted in Arizona Grand Canyon visit at last.

Lion's International volunteers play a big role in communities worldwide, aiding an estimated 96 million people each year and donating tens of millions of dollars. For every one Lions club volunteer, 70 people are helped.
